Hotel Vallemar Puerto de la Cruz , Puerto de la Cruz (Tenerife)

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was nice and spacious, and the ambiance was great. However, I missed having British TV channels like BBC or Sky. The service was fantastic, with polite staff and impeccable cleanliness. The location was beautiful, right opposite Lago Martianez. The dining experience was good overall, with a large choice of hot and cold items, although some food seemed processed. The facilities were well-maintained and added to my comfort.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable and clean but extremely noisy due to the live music from the café below. The staff were efficient and friendly overall, although a couple of them stood out for their exceptional service. The location was great, close to the beach and with stunning views, but some aspects needed improvement. The dining options were good, with a wide variety of foods available. The facilities were decent, but there were some issues with slow service and worn amenities.

The hotel is ideally located close to the beach and various attractions. While the rooms were good, the absence of British TV channels was a downside, and noise from a nearby café could be disruptive in the evenings.
